Yuma IT stands up and supports each deployment onshore. Where the data lives is a design choice, not a region toggle.
Single-tenant
One organisation per deployment. One dedicated database. No shared multi-tenant tenancy and no workspace switch.

Destructive agent actions queue or block. There is no environment variable that switches the gate off.

YumaOS is delivered by Yuma IT, a Supply Nation Certified Indigenous business based in Canberra. Each client runs a dedicated deployment. Application data and agent history live in infrastructure we host in Australia, or on infrastructure you control. We implement, back up, and support the system. It is not a seat on a global multi-tenant tenancy.
For buyers with supplier-diversity targets, Commonwealth Indigenous Procurement Policy pathways, or corporate Supply Nation membership, that certification is a first-class fact of who operates the product. It is not a footer badge.

Company credentials and product assurance are different things.
Both are true, and conflating them is how a buyer ends up with a security answer that turns out to be a procurement answer.
Two claims
Yuma IT's Indigenous ownership, Canberra base and Supply Nation certification describe the publisher. Everything this site says about YumaOS security comes from controls visible in the product itself.
No borrowed customers
Yuma IT's broader project portfolio is not presented anywhere on this site as a list of YumaOS deployments.
No invented certification
The product does not claim SOC 2, ISO 27001 or IRAP certification, on this site or in a questionnaire response.
Traceable claims
Every count on this site is read from the product's own knowledge record: 7 registered agents, 104 tools, 50 named permissions, 94 application tables, 9 scheduled workflows, and 170 test files. None of them is rounded up for effect.
Named limits
YumaOS does not track time, has no customer portal and mirrors Xero invoices read-only. Those sit in the FAQ rather than buried in a footnote, because a buyer who finds them later has already spent the meeting.
