Tell us where work loses context, which people and systems are involved, and how you would prefer to run the infrastructure. If YumaOS is not a fit, we would rather say so in the reply than in the third meeting.
What discovery actually settles
- Which areas
- Which of the seven areas you switch on first, out of 81 shipped capabilities. Most deployments start with a subset rather than all of it.
- Which connectors
- Which of the 35 connections you need credentials for. Xero, Buffer, Slack, Teams, Microsoft Entra and SCIM each need their own registration, and none is included.
- Who approves
- Who holds the approval permission, since that is the person answering the queue when an agent tries one of the five actions that stop a run.
- Where it runs
- Where the application and its database live, who is on call for that host, and whether your change control can accept a schema push with a verified backup taken first.
Enquiry
The required fields exist so the reply can be specific. A useful answer to the middle question names the workflow, the people involved and where it breaks today.
